RV Description

This coach has been our primary residence since 2012. It has been parked (or in storage) for the majority of that time, but we have traveled apx 60,000 of the shown unit mileage. It had 99,000 miles on it when we bought it in 2012. It had NO PETS at any time. I have done extensive modifications, improvements, replacements and repairs. I would not be afraid to head out right now but I would need to replace the tires as they are “aged out” (plenty of tread, but 8 years old) along with a leveling jack “work around” to store the right front jack for travel. The unit has all the options for Imperial trim model, which was right under the top of the line Navigator.

Reason for selling: We are getting out of the RV lifestyle, most likely to a retirement community near grandchildren.

This unit would make a great full time residence should you desire or could be turned into an AB&B - which is what I would do if younger! It could also be driven several hundred thousand miles if you desire as the 8.3 Cummins is considered a 1/2 million mile engine. It has been well maintained and had a new head and exhaust manifold installed by a Cummins Coach Care facility in 2019.

Replaced: carpeting/installed Bamboo flooring 2014; tv replaced with flat screen and relocated to side of coach (utilized wireless HDMI) 2014; water pump, 2015; rear track arm and suspension bushings (6), 2015, AC Compressor and turbo, 2016; absorption refrigerator coil, 2017; rear camera and monitor upgrade to 4 camera w/color monitor, 2017; sub-woofer and amp, 2017 (photo); convection microwave, 2019; engine exhaust brake actuator, 2019; kitchen faucet, 2019; exhaust manifold and head, 2019; bath vent fan, 2019; chassis batteries, 2021; stereo upgrade w/color monitor for Apple car play, 2022; bathroom faucet, 2023; main tv, 2023; propane tank “extend-a-stay” connector, 2023; coach batteries, 2024; washer dryer combo unit, 2024; rebuilt toilet vent fan, 2024; rebuilt auto-transfer switch, 2025; slide out awning, 2025.

Improvements: power awning, 2014; tire pressure monitoring system, 2014; front/side/rear camera system, 2017; traveler satellite system (directv), 2012; both ac units upgraded to heat pump/ac, 2012; solar system (480 watts w/mppt 60 amp controller), 2014; many of the small repairs throughout our ownership of the coach was always viewed as a way to make it better than it was!

Operational bad news: tires aged out (dated 3/2018), front right leveling jack solenoid needs replaced (installed by-pass to bleed jack for storing) jack system could use a complete rebuild, but you can travel without the system, minor fuel filler connection leak when tank is full (I don’t fill tank over 3/4 full when I’m goin to park for longer than overnight; original xantrex inverter/charger failed in April and I purchased a pure sine wave, 3kw victron inverter/charger to install (ready to hook up, but have been traveling and you don’t need it unless you are “boon-docking”, due for engine service (oil/filters) before serious travel, due for generator service (oil/filters) before serious use.

Cosmetic bad news: significant de-lamination of fiberglass skin, rear cap bumper damage (photo), “side-swipe’ damage on driver’s side basement doors (doors still function)(photo), several windows are ‘cloudy’, some interior paneling de-lamination, windshield has some rock hits, but no cracking, floor tile cracking in a few areas. Cabinet drawer fronts need refinishing (solid oak!)
