This RV is mine and has a clean title which I have in hand. You come tow it away and it is your for FREE. Not joking. Current mileage is 80,560.

This RV is in Reno Nevada NOT Portland, Oregon currently.

I HAD to put a price of $ 180 as a minimum to list it on RV trader due to website minimum, but in fact this is a FREE RV yo just must come and tow it away.

It currently turns on but over heats and CANT be driven. Must be towed.

Fleetwood Bounder 1991on P30 chassis Chevy 454 V8.

This would be a great 1 bedroom apartment (tiny house) that you could put on your piece of property and live in while you are completing your home construction or repairs.

It needs a major engine overall and a head gasket. It will start but smokes a bunch and has rear axle disconnected temporarily so it can be towed no problem. It cant be driven in current state. You need to bring a tow truck. GVWR is 14,800.

The inside and outside of this rig are in great shape and it has NOT been sitting I have been using it for 3 trips per summer for last 10 yrs. It has no sun damage and was kept in a garage. But it overheated last week and I cant afford the repairs.

Here are some current external and internal images of this vehicle. As of last week.

It has 7 new tires with receipt that were purchased less than one year ago. 6 tires plus a spare on a wheel.

-Working 4000K Onan Emerald onboard generator.

-Takes 30 amp shore power cord included

-Working rooftop Coleman Mach15 A/C blows freezing cold with MicroAir SoftStart installed.

-Dash A/C blows cold compressor for dash A/C replaced 2015.

-Fridge is not original was updated to Dometic in 2010 works great.

-Oven and stove, microwave are original and work great.

-All lights 12v and all 110v outlets work perfectly.

-All seats and couch redone with microfiber fabric in 2019.

-Linoleum floor intact clean no carpet at all redone 2021.

-Bath and kitchen all shower and sinks have been updated and all work with zero leaks.

-Updated Oxygenics showered.

-Hot water heater works great main board and temp sensors replaced 2024.

- Fan in bathroom works great.

- House batts new Lifeline batts. 2 x 12v new 2023.

- New chassis 12v batt. 2024

-Furnace works great.

-Tons of basement storage with full pass through 9 ft. long compartments (very rare)

-Fresh water , grey, water and black water tank are clean and no leaks or smell.

-Water system works great no leaks.

-Water pump replaced 2019, Expansion tank installed.

-Rubber roof was completely replaced in 2013 after roof rack had damage from a branch causing a small thumb sized tear, insurance paid for full new rubber memb. roof.

-All blinds replaced with black out pull down shades 2023. Blinds in photos that were torn replaced.

-Tow package 2 inch Class V hitch receiver with 4 pin flat and 7 pin round connector and factory brake controller installed

- Upgraded Alpine bluetooth recover with Kenwood amp and Hertz separates speakers and a 10 inch custom sub box under seats.

Mileage is 80, 560.

I have keys for all extra. Compartments, 2 inch rear tow hitch with working wiring for towing, flat 4 and 7 pin round. RV overheated last week and needs a head gasket. Was running no prob before this. I have owned this RV since 2013.
