This camper has been used very lightly for the last few years. Everything works well with no problems. There a are a couple cosmetic damages that you can see in the pictures. The front cap damage is has no leaks and is barely visible. The slight damage to one of the awnings also doesn't effect the performance. We have made two upgrades to the camper. Installed keypad lock on door and put in the Lippert Waste Master system for the drainage tanks. We will be including all the accessories we have as well as part of the sale.

More photos available upon request. I'm also selling my 2016 Ford F-350 Lariat Dually 6.7 Diesel with 60,000 miles. as well which is what we use to pull this camper. I will sell both together for 75000. I can send pictures of the truck upon request.

We still owe on the loan for this RV so it has a lien against it from M&T Bank. We need to work with the buyer to wire the money to the bank to get the new title and then I could send the title to the buyer. Camping World offered 45,000 for a consignment sale but I thought that was a ripoff for someone buying it so decided to sell it outright to save the respective buyer a lot of money considering they were going to list it for 56000.
