RV Description
The 2021 Alliance RV Valor 36V11 is a top-of-the-line fifth wheel that offers luxury and style for your traveling adventures.
As the owner, I just took the RV to Elkhart, IN to Alliance HQ (the "Mother Ship") to get approximately $20,000 worth of upgrades and maintenance work completed, so this used Valor 36V11 is like new .
The following is a list of some of the work done:
1) The living room and kitchen slide-outs were completely re-engineered, upgraded and replaced. (The origial 36V11 slide outs were under-engineered and put undo strain on the slide out motors, causing continual failures) They also replaced all 4 slide-out motors, replaced the cables, all the slide-out seals, and re-sealed all the interior and exterior seams. They now work and look like a dream.
2) Replaced the front cap of the RV due to wear. As the front cap was off, they reinforced the "nose" of the rig as they mentioned it "loosens" over time on some units. The lighting strip, decals, and RV skin on and around the front cap were also replaced.
3) Replaced all the countertops on the rig. The originals "yellowed" over time and that was a "manufacturng problem" with the original "epoxy" countertops. (which Alliance does not use anymore on their vehicles) Thus, the countertops have never been used.
4) Replaced the floor under the couch, as one of the slide out seals had leaked and caused water damage.
5) There was a "solar port recall", so the connectors between the solar port and the the solar charge lines were replaced.
6) All cargo door latches and locks were either repaired or replaced.
7) Replaced an interior bedroom panel that was cracked.
8) Re-secured stove cabinet panel that was loose.
9) Replaced cracked roof vent.
10) Replaced broker generator exhaust hangers.
11) Replaced the electric heating unit of the water heater, as the old element had gone bad.
12) Replaced missing door guide in the master bedroom.
13) Replace malfunctioning control panel for toy hauler "gas station".
14) Performed a 100 point checklist to ensure everything on the rig was in proper functioning and working order.
As the current owner, I have never seen any vehicle service so in-depth and impressive - which is why there is a 6-month waiting list to get repairs done at Alliance, and why people drive their rigs from all over the country to get it fixed at HQ - because they care, and they do it right! At this point, I am hesitant to sell it, as it is like-new, yet my wife and I are moving on to our next chapter in life.
The total mileage on the unit is approximately 25,000, and is ready for its next journey.
Not only is everything in excellent working order, as a used vehicle, it comes with EVERYTHING you need to hit the road immediately. I have highlighted all the extras in the "cover photo" to show the thousands of dollars worth of extras (not to mention the convenience of not having to "outfit" a new RV) that come with the RV. These extras include:
1) A new $500 cover - just replaced the old cover.
2) Coleman portable BBQ set
3) Heavy duty picnic table with 2 benches - perfect for the back deck.
4) Front end stabilizer tripod
5) Theft prevention device for hitch-pin
6) Campground Mat
7) Carpet for garage
8) King Sized RVSuperbag - $335 value
9) Memory foam for any sleeping location - King sized
10) Dish Tailgater Satellite Dish
11) Picnic area chairs with footstools
12) Extra shades to extend awnings
13) Stadium type chairs for additional picnic table comfort
14) Hoses and adapters for all water needs
15) Sewer hose attachments and supports
16) Electrical adapters and tamper resistant adapters
17) Many more upgrades and conveniences added to the inside of the RV
