The kitchen is equipped with a two burner gas stovetop, sink, mico-wave and refrigerator.

Ample cabinet space to store clothing, gear, toys, food and cooking supplies.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Owner Custom Modifications:
*The factory standard seating booth with dinette has been removed to create more living space. This means the extra bedding area was removed as the booth seating transformed into a small bed. Instead of the dinette, we used a folding table and chairs which tucked away when not in use or were used outside. (Table and chairs not included in sale.)

*The factory standard small closet next to the bed was also removed to create more headroom for the sleeping area.

The jacks were replaced in 2024.

The bathroom includes a shower and toilet.

City Water hook up as well as a water tank.

Hot water heater, Heater and Air Conditioner.

Blue tooth wireless with internal and external speakers

External shower hose.

Two awnings (electric) each with lighting.
