2019 TIFFIN PHAETON 40IH XSH
"MUST SELL" Due to unexpected illness. We love our Tiffin and it has been very good to us over the years, but we are forced to find her a new home.
This is the Tiffin Phaeton 40IH, built on the Power Glide chassis. It has independent front suspension and the 60 degree turning radius, which make driving and handling and parking a dream. Especially with the backup camera and the side cameras.
THE TIRES ARE ORIGINAL AND THEY "ARE OUTDATED" I Have lowered or adjusted our asking price to allow for the new owner to replace the tires with tires of their choosing.
We are the second owners, the first owners put approximately 17,000 miles on the rig.Our purchase was a private party purchase which involved an extensive professional NIRVAC inspection prior to the sale. Any faults found during the inspection were minimal and have been corrected.
The coach currently has 27,000 miles on it. Any and all maintenance has been performed by professionals.
We are seniors and we are non-smokers. The coach has never been smoked in. We do however own a 15-year-old Australian Shepherd, he travels with us frequently.
The coach is very clean inside and out but I want to be honest and up front and let people know that we did have a dog in it.
All of the interior vinyl front to back is in excellent condition! There are no rips or tears or seam splits anywhere. Some of these coaches have been known to have peeling vinyl in certain locations. This coach does not have any visible wear on the vinyl. We always kept our seats covered.
This is an all-electric coach with aquahot, heated floors, heat pumps on two of the three air conditioners. Along with on demand hot water for showering and washing dishes.
Our coach is loaded with extras that come with the coach:
6 solar panels on the roof with "8" Battle Borne Lithium 10yr warranty batteries. For lots of reserve power for Boondocking. The solar panel charging system and batteries were all installed in Red Bay and they are integrated into the spider panel system on the motorhome for a seamless transfer of power and monitoring of the electrical systems.
It also comes with the Winegard in motion satellite dish which connects to the Dish Network. The hopper and Joey's to connect to each individual (4) TVS are included, plus an LG DVD player.
Also included with the sale are the Magna shield windshield cover and the Magna Shield Snap-on tire and wheel covers.
We will also include the patio mat that compliments the motorhome along with screen panels that zip onto the large awning to create an attached screen house to the motorhome if needed.
I have a vast array of spare parts, just in case. I have a spare step motor, a spare water pump, spare light bulbs, spare fuses, a variety of different hoses, including a premium level black tank drain hose that is extra heavy duty.
An extra 25' 50 amp cord is included.
