Our Jayco Jay Flight 212QB is a one owner travel trailer purchased new in 2018. It has a double axel and newer tires. A queen size bed is located in the front, the bathroom and kitchen is centrally located, and a couch as well as a dinette are in the rear. There is also an outside shower. The refrigerator is larger with a separate freezer. The stove area features 3 burners and an oven. Above the burners is a microwave and hood vent. This trailer has more storage than most with cabinets above the couch, dinette, and sink. Cabinets and drawers under the sink and stove.. A large storage is beneath the mattress as well as under the seat cushion of the dinette. It has a pass through exterior storage area.

We had sway bars and stabilizer added for better and safer towing. We also added a rack to the front for a generator and a tray in the back for a gasoline can. The tires have an after-market remote pressure and temperature monitor that alerts to loss of pressure or when temperature gets too hot.

The entire trailer has been maintained in excellent condition with everything working well. Small inside conveniences have been added including shelving in the cabinets, small shelves in the bathroom, a shower nozzle with on and off switch, and hooks in various locations. The couch and dinette cushions have been re-upholstered with a heavy-duty vinyl to replace the thin vinyl that came stock. The short queen mattress likewise has been replaced with a thicker mattress that includes a memory foam top. A 32 inch TV and DVD player are also included as part of the trailer.

In 2021 a new roof was installed as well as a new awning. The furnace was replaced in 2023. New tires were purchased in 2024 and 2025. The black water tank has never been used for anything other than liquids. Once a year the freshwater holding tank is sanitized.
