Hello! Thanks for looking at this ad. My name is Carol Koon and I am located at the Belmont RV Park in Belmont MS. I am happy to bring to you a beautiful 2016 Allegro Bus 45 OP. This Bus has been well used and well loved. It looks great and has had an interior refresh in the last year. It even has an extended service contract through America's RV Warranty effected 7/26/2024 which expires 8/26/2027 or at 116233 miles and the contract is transferrable to the new owner. Coverage includes "complete coverage MTR" which states that "this agreement will cover necessary repairs to ALL the mechanical and electrical parts of your unit except for the following: a. Parts listed under the Exclusions section of this Agreement & b. Parts covered under the manufacturer's warranty, special policies, or recalls." The owner, when he purchased the contract, also elected for the following surcharges & optional coverages: Motorhome T&W + 1-yr T&W + Consequential Loss + Mobile Service Calls (T&W is tire and wheel coverage). The policy is an Exclusionary Policy.

As far as the motorhome goes, there has been great work done to it since the current owner took possession of it in July 2024. The motorhome was bought with great plans to travel as long as health permitted, as he is in his upper 80's, but health has taken over and squashed those plans.

Carpet in entire coach replaced - carpet selected at Michael's Floor Covering in Tampa Bay FL and drop shipped to Bunkhouse RV in Red Bay where it was installed. Carpet Manufacturer is Shaw and the style/color is Newbern Classic in the color Crimson

The current owner bought at 86233 miles and the coach now has 91856 miles on it. He took one trip and the rest of his miles were to Belmont/Red Bay area and to Tupelo to TAG. He is an Airplane Pilot and a Saltwater Vessel owner and he knows the importance of preventative maintenance. Tires and Bags, etc, were part of that PM to get ready for his trip. They enjoyed their trip so much but health has forced a sale.

The appeal in this coach for the current owner is the the first owner took great care of the coach and had a professional driver during ownership. Since he purchased with mileage in the 80's, he went ahead and did all the proactive things that you should do when you are coming up on 100k miles with these chassis.

This is a beautiful, powerful Allegro Bus with wonderful features and it is loaded.
