This Raptor has just about every option that was available. The front master bedroom includes a queen bed with a full size mattress and plenty of wardrobe storage. There is also syorage under the bed in addition to all the hoses and attachments for the central vacuum system.

The bath provides dual access from the hall or bedroom. The bath includes ample storage, china bowl toilet, and a roomy shower with upgraded showerhead.

The livingroom/kitchen has a functional layout as well. The couch seats 3 and reclines to relax after a long day of using the toy or toys carried in the garage. Watch the large screen tv with surround sound while preparing dinner in the fully appointed kitchen. Enjoy the glass sliding door separating the kitchen from the garage when the toys are loaded or open it up to double your space when the garage is unloaded.

The garage is really laid out nicely and offers multiple set ups and uses. Unloaded, the electric king size bunks can be lowered to provide tons of sleeping spaces. Lower just the bottom bunk and it can convert into couches with a table of meals or entertainment or just watching the garage tv. Need office space? Plenty room here to set up a workspace, it even has washer and dryer hook ups.

Open the rear ramp door and convert it into the rear deck are complete with rail system and awning. Want to keep the bugs outside? Just lower the rear door screen. Running the air-conditioning use the aftermarket climate panels.

This unit has all new hydraulic slide rams and a fully serviced generator to provide off grid power. Need fuel for the toys? Just fill the 30 gallon aux fuel tank before you leave and enjoy topping off with a regular fuel pump nozzle in the pump station. 2 fuel tanks one for the toys and one for the generator. Need to lock the toys up overnight? Use the built in cable lock to secure them to the Raptor and not have to load them up.

This unit is super clean and has a life time roof installed so you don't have to worry about leaks. Hydraulic leveling for easy set up. Dual air-conditioners. Only selling because we went to a diesel pusher. For the right price I would include a 2019 ram 3500 dually diesel with extra fuel tank and 5th wheel hitch.
