We purchased in 2020 and started updating all of the systems starting with two penguin low profile ac units bedroom is 13500 btu and main cabin 15000 btu. New 50 amp service with built in surge protector, new fantastic fan, new counter tops and stainless sinks, new stainless faucets, new blinds and curtains, ,new rock guards, new led lighting inside and out, new convection microwave oven, new water pump, new wheels and tires, new batteries this year, and new antenna and new tvs. This is a very sound unit and should last the new owners many years. We also have receipts and invoices for everything replaced which total over 20,000.00. We are selling it as is with everything included and all you will need to do is hook up and go camping.
