We bought it in 2020 used and took it to a local rv repair shop in Rockwall texas and pretty much replaced everything. Two new penguin low profile ac units bedroom is 13500 btu and main cabin 15000 btu. New 50 amp service with built in surge protector, new fantastic fan, new counter tops and stainless sinks, new stainless faucets, new blinds and curtains, ,new rock guards, new led lighting inside and out, new convection\microwave oven, new water pump, new wheels and tires, new batteries this year, and new antenna and new tvs. This is a very sound unit and should last the new owners many years.
