So thats about $21,400...do the math im basically giving this away. I bought it for $100,000 about 5 years ago put $21,400 into it so im into it $121,400. Im Selling it for $39,999!!!

Its older coach it not $500,000 retail anymore its used but treated and serviced good and as far as i know has been maintained well throughout years. I havent noticed any leaks on top or under motorhome. Its built very well its a Monaco considered one best built coaches made. Being sold as is so there is no warranty left as it is 1999 and no negotiating price. If you dont see the value buy something else its that simple folks. I love this coach and may not need to really sell it as i have invested into it all paid off clear clean title in hand. This is not for a first time rv owner. It much like owning a home with a motor there is always going to be servicing or maintence involved and if your clueless of servicing or maintence then rv life style isnt for you at all. I enjoy it as don many others but its not for everyone. Its ok if its not for you. The world is like that.

I have medical issues going on for last few years and that is only reason and exactly why Im selling it. I want to try alternative ways to heal my body as they say there isnt a cure for what I have and Im extremely determined to keep trying new things.
