This is a super comfortable perfect RV for couples. Great for short trips, long trips, seasonal or full time. It is completely outfitted and ready to go. Take a trip this fall!

This pre-covid build has a large living area. The 2 easy chairs fully recline with heat and vibration. The couch makes into a double bed and we include Memory foam to make it cozy. We've had friends stay with us many times. The fireplace warms up a chilly evening or morning without using the furnace. A large picture window is above the couch for the view out back. Included are an area rug and lamps for the end tables.

The dining room table seats 4, 2 on chairs, 2 on the bench seat with lots of storage underneath and a big window to enjoy the view.

The kitchen includes an island with good sized stainless sink, four door 12 cu.ft. fridge, microwave/convection oven, 3 burner stove and oven. There is a large pantry and we have added lighting on each shelf.

There are lots of storage drawers and cabinets surrounding the stove area, around the sink, and especially around the buffet. An ice maker is included in the sale price along with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, crockpot, toaster and other kitchen items. Plenty of counter space around the sink, on the buffet and next to the stove.

The bathroom is spacious with a rectangular shower and sliding doors. We installed a more usable faucet than the original.

The bedroom has lots of room in the huge closet, dresser and overhead compartments. There is an upgraded mattress with 2" Memory foam pad. In the spacious closet are hookups for washer/dryer although we never installed any.

We offer lots of extras for the outside. It is all included in the price although you can leave anything you might not want, of course. The steps are upgraded to a more solid MORryde brand. We installed digital locks on the main and basement doors so you can hike without carrying keys. The suspension is also upgraded to a MORryde SRE4000. In the basement storage area is a MORryde cargo tray that runs the entire width of the RV, slides out either side, and makes organizing and retrieving storage items so much easier than trying to reach into the basement and pull out your storage containers.

Additional items include a Blackstone griddle with stand, cover, and hose to connect to the RVs propane system, 2 zero-gravity folding chairs, 2 sizes of outdoor rugs, an 8 foot folding ladder, essential spare parts, all items and adapters for campground hookup and storage bins for everything. Again, all are included in the price.

Both air conditioners, heating system, hot water tank, all in good working order. If you have a Ford Superduty we can include the hitch that fits the Ford puck system. If you do not yet have a tow vehicle we are selling our F350 Diesel and would be happy to discuss that.
