I purchased this Reflection new and I am the only owner. It has been stored under the cover in the pictures since new and the roof is in excellent condition. My wife has painted the white in all the rooms and will come with the decorations you see on the walls. The mattress has been upgraded to a King size and the outside steps have been upgraded to heavy duty steps. I do have some camping equipment that will come with this that will prevent you from having to purchase. Its ready to setup! We have only camped local so there are very few miles on it. The reason we are selling and the price is under book value is because we have decided to stop camping. I already sold the truck so you will have to come to my house and look at it and you must tow it if you purchase it. I do owe money on this at the bank so it will need to be paid off so you can get the title. This Camper is ready for you and your Family to enjoy for many more years.
