2018 Work and Play 30WRS loaded with many upgrades, 36' total length, 1-slide out, sleeps 8. Original wall petition and doorway separating living quarters and garage remodeled converting garage into living quarters if desired when camping, a Awesome upgrade. See in photos. Garage is 10ft 4" long X 8ft wide X 90"high. Ramp door using cable and brace support turns it into outside patio. Comes with 2 TV's, refrigerator, microwave with convection, 3-burner range AM/FM/CD/DVD system with Bluetooth with indoor and outdoor speaker, and outdoor shower. Has basement storage and storage compartment under bed. There is a pulldown screen to keep out unwanted insects into living quarters. Bunk bed in garage electronically lowers when needed as do the two bench seats, pull out sofa in living area makes bed, and master bedroom has RV-queen upgraded with a memory foam mattress. On board fuel station has never been used. Upgrades include two-AC units, (it came with one from factory), 16-ply tires, heavy duty Blue Ox BXW2000 hitch that includes torque bar levelers, and sway bar attachments, roof top insulation coating. 110-gallon freshwater tank, gray and black water tanks, (38-gallons each), Electric/Gas water heater. Electric outside patio awning with LED outside lighting. Other items included with this RV. It's supper nice and want last long.
