For sale is my garage kept teardrop style trailer with a dry weight of 1670lb (as recorded on the title), and an interior height of 5'9". Fits in a garage with an 8' high door and it's light enough to be towed by many SUV's. I prefer this over the clam shell because you don't have to worry about doing kitchen stuff out there with the 2 and 4 legged wild life creatures!

This trailer has a 5000 BTU air conditioner, a Fan-Tastic 12V ceiling vent fan, a kitchen faucet and sink, a 2-burner glass-top stove, shower, toilet, and a 12V 3-way fridge. There's several interior and 2 exterior outlets, lots of LED lighting, 30A electric or you can use the propane tank for the 2 indoor cooking burners and the 12V Alde heating system for heat and hot water. It has a VMAX SLR155 AGM solar battery with 155AH capacity and a 100W solar roof panel (with room for more panels) and a 2nd brand new deep cycle battery. Batteries have smart power controller and dual disconnect switches.

All 3 windows have the retractable screen/shade system and the door has a retractable screen. Everything is in perfect condition. Couch folds back into a queen sized bed.

Included in the sales price is a side tent, a full cover, a quick slide-in awning, a Trailer Valet XL, electric brakes with wireless controller, a solar/battery wireless backup camera with 5" HD display, and new 2024 tires (plus lots of other little things).
