The trailer is in great condition, only used 3 times in the past 2 years that we've owned it (which is why we're selling it). Only hauled bicycles and surf boards on the few trips we went on. Work and Play's are known for being very reliable, with a perfect layout and tons of room inside for the size of the trailer. The all aluminum roof and simplicity of the trailer make it very user friendly and easy to maintain. The huge water tank and holding tanks are awesome. Everything on this trailer is in great working condition: A/C and Heater, water heater (electric/gas), fridge (electric/gas), stove, water pump, sinks, microwave, radio, TV, electric awning, electric tongue jack, and electric jack bed in the garage. They layout is perfect with the front room which has a door you can shut, and the back which has the fold out couch and jack bed for the kids (which they love).

All 4 tires are in great condition with plenty of tread on them. This camper has been kept under a carport so is in great shape! This camper is ready to rock! See the link above for all the specs and overview of the layout.

Also, the Ford F-250 shown in one of the pictures can go with the trailer if interested...I haven't listed it yet but will once the trailer is sold. It's a 2022 F-250 Lariat Tremor with 28,000 miles on it. It's in mint condition, and bone stock other than the bed cover and yakima surf racks I've added. I'm listing it at $68,000 but will entertain a discount if someone is interest in both the camper and truck as a combo.
