Up for sale is a beloved Rockwood Roo 233S trailer. Purchased when the kids were 4,7 and 8 who now are 14,17 and 18. No other reason to sell it other than we have outgrown it as it is in fine working order, no leaks, canvas in good shape with some staining in the front and rear canvas, but no leaks. Non smoking the entire time. A great unit with three bunks that sleeps 9 adults comfortably and 10 if you are bringing along children. Three way fridge, newer battery, newer tires, wheel bearings lubricated regularly. Upgraded AC keeps things cool when needed. A great design with the slide out yielding plenty of internal space. The 233S 2016 was the first with a hard sided shower which is great, high walls so you could easily give a little one a tub.

It is almost ten years old so here are the upfront flaws - The trim on the lower front right cracked and broke off due to road debris (see pic), the wired carbon monoxide detector was an energy vampire so I disconnected it and replaced with a combo battery powered fire detecter/carbon monoxide detector, one mattress has a pull in the stitching, one mattress has a small hole in the lining from wear, the u bracket that holds the spare tire had the bolt snap off because I tightened it down too much but it holds just fine, about three years ago I backed into a branch and punctured the lining in the roof it was repaired and hasn't leaked, the stairs into the camper could use a paint job, the outside shower head was dragged some (everyone has a story like this) but is operational.

There are lots of throw ins as my towing days are behind me - Blue OX Sway control system, sewage hose and connector, leveling wood.

Many items were never touched and are brand new - grill that came with the unit, the tv that came with the unit, throw pillows brand new.

This is a great unit to tow, only 6K pounds and opens to almost 30 feet in length. I towed it with a 2007 Chevy Suburban and didn't;t know it was behind me most times. With the Blue Ox the sway is minimal even when passed by a tractor trailer. If you are getting into towing this is doable as a first camper.

All in all it breaks our heart to sell as it has served us well but the kids are up, and older, and leaving...
