Everything else works well. Only used 3-6 times per year. Parked inside during the winters. All bearings and pivot points greased and maintained. Heat, fridge/freezer and 2 stoves work great. Toilet system in good shape. Has an outdoor kitchen with storage, stove and sink. Brand new, never used mattress.
