RV Description
2021 Jayco North Point 377rlbh 42' fifth wheel
Delivery across the U.S. possible for a committed buyer!
Clean title in hand!
2nd owner!
Bought in 2022 after it was traded in by a retired weekend vacationer
We lived in/traveled around the U.S. for 2 years
This is the BEST make/model for fulltiming as a family! It has everything!
-Spacious living room with a 3 seater couch and a 2 seater (or tight 3) loveseat. Fits a 5'x7' area rug. TV pops up from behind electric fireplace for easy access and stowing ability. Brand new carpet in the living room slide which eliminated the dreaded tearing linoleum that is popular with these rigs
-Big spacious kitchen with 4 burners. Oven fit a 13 lb Thanksgiving turkey! Fridge/freezer keeps things cold and big enough to hold groceries for a family of 5 for a week. Plus huge pantry with loads of storage space
-Bunkroom with custom bunkbeds and custom mattresses 1 1/2 years old and clean. Also has a desk and clothing storage
-Loft above bunkroom (accessed from hallway) is roomy enough that a 6 and 8 year old both fit up there for sleeping and could sit up too. Also comes with a custom mattress 1 1/2 years old and clean
-Bathroom is big and very functional with a shower and bench, brand new toilet (never used!), brand new countertop and tons of storage
-Bedroom boasts a queen bed with basically brand new mattress, a huge closet and Splendide vented washer/dryer combo. This room has also been renovated to function as a workspace, when/if needed! A custom murphy bed bedframe was added, allowing the bed to be folded, lifted and latched, while attached underneath is a drop down desk and cubby storage area. There also are 2 custom made sit/stand computer desks that can move up/down as well as forward/backward that have been affixed to the wall for even more working space, as well as a computer monitor attached to the wall for dual screen purposes. If these are not needed/wanted we are more than happy to remove them, just let us know
-Has wifi range extender
-Automatic leveling at the push of a button with hydraulic hydraulic jacks
-All tires replaced with better quality upgrade in March 2024
-Wired for solar
-2 working AC units
-New axles and springs in March 2024
-Tasteful wallpaper has been added to accent parts of the RV but willing to remove if desired
-Heavy duty hitch welded to back of RV for toting bikes or cargo rack
-Always used a dehumidifier to absorb all excess moisture
-Has backup camera and display screen
-Only spent 1 winter in the snow and was lived in so took action to prevent mold, leaks, etc
-Snap Pads on all jacks
-Comes with Progressive surge protector, Camco regular water hose and heated water hose
-Loads of storage in the pass-thru/cargo bay, accessible from both sides of the RV
-Had a 24 point inspection done in August 2025 and repairs were made (will release minor findings to potential buyer)
We did our best to love on and take care of this RV while we lived in it. But with that it was definitely lived in .
-There are some knicks and dings in various places, and one silver-dollar sized tear in the wallpaper, most hardly noticeable
-The 2 drawer lids of the fridge don't snap on anymore, could probably replace or just use without like we did
-Couches show some signs of wear and loveseat no longer reclines
-One oven burner knob is slightly warped from being overheated
-Interior beauty cover for shower skylight has a minor crack but it's been there since before we got the RV and it has never leaked
-One side camera doesn't work but could be replaced, backup and other side camera do work
-Shower bench is showing wear but still usable as is or could refinish
-Two small (silver dollar sized) rub marks on back of RV from bike rubbing during transit
-One small rip in living room linoleum but could be glued back down due to the seams still lining up
All in all this RV made our traveling days and our "transitioning into a house" days a breeze! We will miss it greatly and always treasure the memories made in our little home on wheels - but it's time for it to take another family on an incredible journey . maybe that is you!
