RV Description
We've enjoyed our Revel 4x4, but now it is time for someone else to make the most of it. This is a 2019 (2018 Sprinter chassis) 4x4, which means that it is the oldy-but-goody version of the Revel with more robust, less prone to failure systems (newer ones got too complicated). This vehicle is well-cared for and had a complete 40,000 service A in December 2024 at the local Mercedes dealer, along with new winter tires installed then.
I am ready to sell this before Winter, and have priced it very aggressively. That being said, there are three things to note about the condition of the vehicle. First, there is a crack in the windshield. Second, the awning did not deploy recently and I have yet to troubleshoot that; you can hear the actuator, but it is not deploying. I will attempt to address this while this is listed. Finally, this vehicle came from the Midwest where it was exposed to some typical midwest road conditions. Winnebago used some parts that have experienced some surface corrosion, as detailed in the photos, including mounting brackets for the batteries, solar panels, and running boards. This is surface corrosion only and there is no need to be concerned about the functional integrity of these elements. Additionally, there is some corrosion around three of the ports that Winnebago installed in the vehicle panels. Again, this is merely cosmetic and nothing is compromised. A body shop could easily address these spots with a little sanding and paint match if you want to do that.
Other than the awning, all systems are fully functional and operating as they should, including: solar panels, a battery system with an inverter/charger, and a Coleman roof-mounted air conditioner, sink and electric appliances, including a Nova Kool refrigerator and freezer, an Espar diesel heater, and an induction cooktop, shower, a swiveling cassette toilet, a Maxxair electric ceiling vent, a power-operated suspended bed, a power-retractable awning, and LED perimeter lighting.
