The 2018 Coachmen Pursuit 27 KBP is a 29 ft long, Class A motorhome with only 13401 miles on a Ford F53 chassis with a 6.8L v10 gas engine aand an 80 gal unleaded tank. Fresh water at 45 gal with 40 gal gray and 28 gal black water. 20 gal LP and 50amp service with 2 A/C's. The furnace puts out 30k BTU's and the water heater is 6gal with quick recovery and no anode. There is a built in Onan 5.5kw generator that has just been serviced along with the v10 engine.

Suspension has been upgraded with sumo springs, rear track bar and front steering stabilizer all in 2023. Inside has been upgraded with a 1.1cf micro/convection and a 3 burner gas cooktop ('24), new double door fridge ('23), jackknife sofa and custom tables ('23 and '24). it has a king bed and a drop down bed over the cab in addition to the jackknife sofa.

The roof has been treated with 5 gal of Roof Magic in 2024 and is in excellent condition. Backup camera and side mount cameras work well and are very handy. New slide motors were installed in 2023 and a new slide motor controller in 2024.

Also available is my toad, a 2013 Honda CRV EX-L with 115,000 miles plus the tow bars, etc. Would like to sell all if possible. Asking $59,900 for the class A and $11,900 for the CRV for a total of $71,800 which I will discount to $70,900 for the whole package. NOTE: There is a full warranty ($100 deductable) that covers everything and is transferrable for $50 by the new owner that expires at 58146 miles or 1/12/2029.

We wintered over in Arizona in '24/'25 and intended to use it down there for several more winters at least but the wifes back and knees have gotten worse and she can't travel very well anymore so we need to sell.
