Used 2016 OPEN RANGE ROAMER 337RLS for sale.
Gently used by Marine after leaving the service in 2021. I was the 2nd owner.
It spent one winter in Ohio as a camp host, then it was moved back to Riverview, FL, to be carefully maintained by my diligent father.
We used it to stay in when we visited with our kid 3 years in a row for winter, so it's open and aired out often.
We kept the roof clean, changed all the filters, and kept the bugs and pests out.
Never smoked in it, never had pets.
Addressed a mildew issue before it got anywhere.  It's had dehumidifier and fans running in it constantly for 3 years.
A soft floor was replaced completely and matched the wood laminate exactly.  All 3 slide out motors have been replaced with new OEM parts.
It's been on blocks and power for 4 years.
The couch will need to be replaced since they are made of extremely cheap, fake leather and flaked off. The dining table set was removed, so it's more spacious now. You may want to add your own if you like.
Some of the shades came damaged and should be replaced.
Included: 20 Gal Sewage cart and accessories,  fresh hoses, power cord and adapters,  rear bike/ storage rack, awning with lights.
Reason for selling. I was laid off, and the payments are digging into my savings. I've priced this to sell with me still contributing a few thousand to the payoff price.
I really love this camper and wish I could keep it. I hope the right buyer comes around and sees the value.
