Enjoy outside 28" TV with speakers where you can play CDs inside garage area and hear outside. This area also has a 26' awning above it.

With cargo space underneath and 11' garage there is plenty of room to take all your toys and such.

Walk in the main door to the livingroom with an Lshaped sofa (the corner recliner has wear) and a 2 recliner sofa across from it that has cup holders that light up and separate vibration buttons to ease those achy muscles from all the fun you'll have. There is an entertainment center with a 48" TV, Yamaha surround sound bar, DVD player and lots of shelf storage for movies, etc. There is also a built in Dirt Devil vac below the steps leading upstairs. This main room has a 15.0 BTU air conditioning unit with vinyl flooring that continues to kitchen.

The kitchen has granite countertops with a 2 sided sink and a 3 burner stove with a 1.75' (21") deep oven and overhead fan vent and plenty of cupboard space. The 30" microwave was new 10/2022: 1000W, 1.7 cu ft; complete with fan and underneath light to shine on stove or use as a nightlight. You'll love the full size double door refrigerator/freezer that runs on propane or electric with a big drawer underneath for storage. There is also a big pantry next to it. There is no kitchen table but you can either put stools around the countertop or put up the table in the garage. Above the kitchen is an extra bunk area (8' x 40") which could sleep 1 adult or 2 kids or can be used for storage.

From the kitchen you enter the 11' garage with rubber floor. There you'll find Happi-Jack electric beds (2 double beds 57" x 87") which you can bring down or just bring down 1 to make into a sofa system with a 35" x 53" table. The max weight for the garage is 2,500 lbs with 600 lbs allowed per bed. Includes a 31" TV/radio and Sony DVD/CD player. There is also a separate door leading outside and the aluminum ramp door with spring-assist that can be put down with rails on the sides to make patio area, which also has a 26' awning above right below a wireless back up camera. This area also has a power vent fan and the 3rd A/C unit (13.5 BTU) with load management.

The other direction from the livingroom has a little closet on the stairs for hanging coats, etc. which also houses the fuses and control panel. The stairs lead to the bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom has vinyl flooring with a tub/shower and vent above. Also has a round glass sink with granite countertop and a mirrored medicine cabinet. There is also a separate sliding door to the bedroom.

Bedroom is carpeted and a long dresser with a 28" TV above it and a DVD player. There is a 3rd A/C unit and a full closet with mirrored doors and another closet next to it with washer/dryer hookups - or can be used for storage. It has a regular queen bed with yet more additional storage underneath and small shelves on BOTH sides of the bed.

This is a very comfortable luxury feeling 5th wheel that you will enjoy for many years to come. Feels more like a home than a camper!

Some extras include 2 Voltage logo lounge chairs never used, a little Weber grill, a Winegard satellite, and extra sewer hoses and water filters. Also I have a Companion 5th wheel hitch that goes in your truck bed but do not have the "under the truck" release lever that holds the hitch to the truck bed. This was rusted out and could not be saved.
