We are selling the Camper to make room for a Sprinter Van now that we are retired. We have made upgrades to the camper like re-upholstered couches and seat cushions, Black out blinds that help with the cooling and heating inside the camper. The A/C and heater work great and are regulated with thermostats. The stove has hook ups inside and outside even though we never used it inside. That's where the awning comes in and it has mosquito net sides for when in the deep woods.

At the front of the camper is two propane tanks that run the heater, water heater and can be used for the refrigerator. There is a sink inside with running hot and cold water as well as outside shower head for rinsing sand and cleaning up; it's fed by a large tank of potable water. It also has a city water hook up on the side to hook a hose to when at the campsite or a pump when off grid. There is also a grey water tank for sink drainage.

In the front is a large storage area and more storage inside. We resurfaced the table and counter tops as well the flooring. There are two flexible solar panels for easy storage with a controller inside that charges phones and the main battery during the day. There is a TV that works with an antenna for local channels or hot sport from you phone. Netflix.

There is a radio that aux accessories can be hooked to with speakers inside and outside. On each end of the camper are two large beds and the couch turns into a bed. You can also put the table down for another bed.

There is also an electrical hook up line that can be used with a generator or campsite hook up. In hindsight I wish I hadn't done all of the upgrades to turn around and sell it but someone will be blessed!
