The 2006 Coachmen Concord 235so is a Class C motorhome that has been excellently maintained and has a mileage of 53042.

This is a great start up unit in excellent condition for individuals looking into the motorhome without breaking the bank OR for a retired individual/couple wanting a reliable motorhome (also without breaking the bank). Honest statement, I'd drive this unit cross country (or allow my wife or business partner) to drive this unit (by themselves) cross country without a concern.

We purchased this unit 11 months ago and performed many upgrades but we're just not using the unit like we thought we would. To date we've only put 3,000 miles on it.

The unit come with a complete owners and service manual with records, and the RV is completely outfitted with all the camping accessories needed to take off cross country for months or for a weekend overnighter in the mountains. You name it, it has it (Pots, pans, silverware, propane grill and stand, fire pit accessories, drive up wheel chocks, sewer hoses, water hoses, heavy duty extension cords, outdoor carpet, 24' for pet fencing, black out curtains, insulated windshield cover, Makita battery powered floor vacuum, battery power air compressor, etc. ) We are willing to sell the unit with OR (for a lower price) without all these camping accessories.

- Sitting, sleeping and traveling - Fold out couch and table that converts into bed (Sleeps 4). Couch and table seats all have seat belts (total of 7 sets of seat belts - Include the 2 captain's chairs seat belts for a total of 9).

- Kitchen area - Combo Microwave and conventional oven, 3 burner stove and 2 kitchen compartment sinks, 3 way Refrigerator(Propane, 110v or 12v)
