I am selling this 2007 Newmar Dutch Star 4320 diesel pusher motorhome for a friend, it is located in Mashpee Massachusetts. Every year she and her husband came to sunny Melbourne Florida. She recently just lost her husband and needs to sell her second home. Couple weeks ago she brought it in to get the tags renewed. I believe the only thing this rig needs is a nice bath! She always had the motorhome bathed and waxed when they got to Florida. This Newmar Dutch Star 4320 diesel pusher is known for its luxury and spacious interior, featuring four slide-outs and a king-size bed. It comes with a 400HP Cummins Diesel engine on a Spartan chassis and an Allison transmission. Common features include a washer/dryer, a large kitchen with modern appliances, and an entertainment system with surround sound. This is a must see home, well cared for, just recently added a new Natuzzi light gray leather power recline sofa, the other recliner love seat is a powered and new too. The dinette was recently recovered, you might say she's remodeled, beautified and ready for her next voyage. Just a little history, my friend purchased in 2020, first trip to Florida was in 21, next 22 and last trip was in 2023/2024 My friend wishes for the new owners to enjoy this beautiful home as much she and her husband did.
