This is your chance to get a modern class A motorhome that's in excellent condition with low mileage and some upgrades. This is the bunkhouse model, and it can technically sleep 8 adults (probably 10 if some are kids). It has a drop-down bed over the cab, two bunks, a master RV king, fold-out couch, and a convertible dining table. It has 1.5 baths. There is a shower in the master bath.

The kitchen has a propane cooktop and oven as well as a convection/microwave combo. It has a residential refrigerator.

The living space has an electric fireplace. Don't scoff. I thought it was dumb when we bought it, but we used it constantly! It is great for taking the chill out of the air while conserving propane.

There are five TVs, because. why not.

I installed a Blue Ox tow hitch. Save gas: Tow, don't draft!

I am including two TPMS monitors, one for the RV and one for your toad.

I am including a Garmin RV 890 GPS unit. You already have GPS on your phone, you say? Great! Does it warn you about low bridges? It does not. Use the Garmin.

There is an Onan QG 5500 generator for times when you do not have access to shore power.

It has auto-stabilizers, which makes setup significantly faster.

The paint job is actually a paint job. no stickers, which means no peeling!

My family of five traveled the country in this RV, and it treated us very well. I learned a few lessons the hard way. First, don't buy an RV during a global pandemic. Second, don't buy a new RV. I thought the comfort of having a warranty would make it worth it, but I was wrong. It takes so long to get an RV in for service that you'll end up fixing everything yourself anyway!

But that brings us to the good news.

Every new RV has its issues, and we've addressed them in this RV. It turns out that traveling the country is a great way to shake out an RV's bugs, and we shook out a bunch of them, some of them in less than opportune locations! But that's our problem; you benefit from our misfortune because now this thing is solid.

I should mention that any issues we ran into were in the house. The fact of the matter is that RV houses are not constructed with the highest quality materials, and that got even worse during the pandemic. But one thing that gave us zero trouble was the chassis. It's a Ford F53 chassis with a V8 engine, and it's a beast. We crossed the Rockies multiple times with zero issues. That's saying something when you have a 24,000 pound vehicle. Other than regularly scheduled oil changes, we've never had to do any maintenance on it (and yes, we've had it checked out at regular intervals).

Speaking of maintenance, the chassis is still under warranty. We purchased on February 13, 2021, and the engine and powertrain both have a five year warranty.

I mentioned upgrades, didn't I?

Because we would often bookdock, I replaced the two stock lead acid house batteries with four LiFePO4 batteries. I also added 640 watts of flexible solar panels on top. Why flexible? They look much nicer and don't require penetrating the roof. It's not enough solar to live permanently off grid, but you could always add more!

I also added a built-in Pepwave MAX Transit router for internet. There is an antenna on the roof for improved cellular reception. All you need to do is add SIM cards, and you're ready to go. Want to use Starlink? No problem. I have an ethernet cable running from the router to the electrical compartment, which was where I located my Starlink router. Speaking of which, I'll even throw in the Starlink router and antenna (REV3) for you!

I'm obviously biased, but I want to reiterate the good condition the RV is in. We met a lot of RV families while traveling, and we watched some of those families sell their rigs once they were done. In many cases, the rigs were absolutely trashed. We took very good care of ours because we want another family (or single person, if you like space!) to be able to experience the blessings we did while traveling.

This model is hard to find, and if you have kids, you really need the bunks. Don't miss out!
