Well-cared for, quality 5th Wheel RV with all the conveniences of home. With only my wife and I, its as clean today as it was on the day when we first purchased it in 2020. No smoking, no pets, and except for an occasional grandkid, no kids.
As a start, the five slide outs make this unit a comfortable and quality living unit.
In the Livingroom is a large 50-inch Furrion TV, a Furrion AM/FM stereo with CD with Bluetooth capabilities to both the interior and/or the two exterior speakers. The soft leather reclining love seats offer both heat and massage. There are also two additional leather loveseats, both of which fold out into double sized beds for the occasional overnight guest. The 46 electronic fireplace heater, which we often used on chilly mornings to take the edge off rather than starting the furnace.
In the kitchen is a full-size Samsung residential refrigerator with a full lower freezer. When traveling down the road, this is powered by a 1000 Amp Inverter. Also a full-sized residential High Point microwave with a vent fan that is vented to the exterior. Add to thit is a gas stove and oven. What will really be appreciated is the abundance of cabinets and 15 feet of combined countertop space, not to mention the large pantry. The kitchen offers both a Fantastic Vent Fan, and a multi-directional, two speed ceiling fan. The dining table has four chairs and an in-table concealed table extension leaf.
The bath, in addition to the vanity sink with storage below, a large medicine cabinet, and linen closet, it also features an oversized 45 inch by 30-inch-deep shower. The toilet is made of quality porcelain, rather than the plastic you find in so many lower quality RVs. The bath is vented by an overhead vent fan with an exterior hood so it can even be used during the rain.
The bedroom has a 5-foot double door closet and a six-drawer dresser. The queen-sized bed has a double thick mattress. It also features a 36-inch Samsung TV. And a twin unit Splendid Washer and Dryer. We found this a real asset for both extended weekends or longer stays.
This RV has an amount of exterior storage that most others only dream of. To start with, in the front is a large 8-foot compartment. Then on each side of the front is large side-to-side pass-through compartment. Toward the back, on each side is a compartment measuring about 8 foot in length by about 18 inches deep. This is great for storing patio carpets, pop-up dining tents and other supplies & equipment.
This is all topped off by a huge 8 ft wide by 10 ft deep compartment with access via a full slide out drawer. I personally used this as my outdoor kitchen by storing my beverage refrigerator, gas grill, Blackstone griddle, etc. No more pulling everything out and putting it all away at the end of the weekend. Just pull the slide and when finished, push it back in. This is an amenity that regularly catches the envy eye of other campers when they see how simple it all operates. The beverage refrigerator will stay with the unit.
To help keep cool, you will enjoy the 16 ft power awning. Also included is a Furrion rear view camera with monitor in the tow vehicle.
Be sure to note in the overall specs the size of the LP furnace and two ACs, the water heater as well as the fresh water tank and other holding tanks.
