This coach is in excellent condition and well maintained and includes everything you need to hit the road and start making memories this weekend! You will get brand new Tiffin hats, knives, pens etc., extra led bulbs and light kits, water filters, and an extra light for the tow dolly. The roof is in excellent condition and I clean it and spray it with 303 regularly. You will get a brand new unopened can of Plas-T-Cote rubber roof coating. Never had to use it. It is stored in a covered unit.

The Breeze 31br is officially 31.5 feet with a Cummins ISV 5.0 275 hp engine. It is a compact Class A diesel pusher motorhome, known for its maneuverability and nimble handling, smooth air ride suspension and comfortable living space despite its smaller size compared to other diesel pushers. It features a rear private bedroom with a queen bed slide, a full bathroom, and a kitchen area with a three-burner cooktop. The 31BR is the smallest diesel pusher model offered by Tiffin. It is a foot less in height and a little thinner making it easier to maneuver.

Is this a private sale? Yes it is my RV and I am selling it.

Does this have air brakes and suspension? Yes it is a standard diesel pusher.

Does this unit have Aqua Hot or Washer and Dryer? Unfortunately no.

What do you tow with it? We tow a Mazda 6 with it. It is approximately 3800 pounds.

How many solar panels are on it? It has two solar panels and room for many more. The controller input on the roof though only has space for one more.

Do you have the title in hand? Yes, I have the title and will sign it over with full payment.
