We never use the RV, and decided it wasn't worth the cost to us anymore. We have had it for 2 years, and are the 2nd owners. This vehicle has been kept in enclosed storage most of its life.

Looks and runs really well. Everything works. I recently replaced the water pump filter, and city water connection. The black tank was recently professionally flushed, DEF topped off, and fixed up some other little items so it's ready for sale. The tires (all 6) are in good shape, and the brake pads are quite full. We have lots of documents and paperwork for repairs and service for its lifetime that we can share. All original documents available and a guide for working each system (that we made).

The fridge runs on 12V battery, LP, and house power. This is a 30amp system. Radiant heat. Convection microwave (can use metal). Has a high-end 30amp AC system in great shape. 30Amp generator in excellent condition. Water and electrical all in excellent shape. There's a slide (in good working order) with an awning over the top. There's also a big motorized awning over the sliding door with lights for evening illumination. Auto winterizing system. Leather is all in good shape. Stone countertops. Hydronic heating system. Dry shower (toilet is NOT in the shower).

This is a high-end RV with lots of other features (like JBL speakers inside and out, interior/exterior mood lighting, granite countertops, etc)
