The camper was professionally cleaned and ceramic coated last summer. The awning was replaced 4 years ago and there is a satellite system (Dish) that goes with the camper. There have never been any leaks, issues with the roof and the floor is rock solid. The camper has been at a Shawnee Lake Campground since we bought it new. It was never towed except to my house and storage, has an estimated 400 miles on it. I also have clear title, we will consider all reasonable offers. JD Power has low retail estimated at $18,000
