This is a well-cared for and well-maintained Class A RV. My wife and I have looked over the years at dozens and dozens of used RVs and I promise you will be amazed at how clean and nice this Winnebago Tour is. We take care of our stuff!!! We have owned this RV since early 2018 (7 years) when it had about 28,000 miles on it. We have thoroughly enjoyed and absolutely love the home-style layout. The RV was used for a handful of trips per year, never lived in full-time.

With about 83,000 miles, this coach is ready to create new memories on the open road. We are selling it because we are downsizing, but this RV has been a fantastic home on the road for us.

Recent Maintenance & Upgrades:
Full Service: The chassis, engine, and generator have all just had full service, ensuring everything is in top-notch working order. July 2025 service- motor oil with filter, air filter, fuel filter and rear differential fluid change. At the same time the Onan generator (about 2,100 hours, always serviced between 80-120 hours) had the oil changed with filter, fuel filter and a NEW belt installed.
Tires: The tires are recent, so you won't have to worry about a major expense right after purchase. The two fronts were replaced 4/21/2023 and the six rear tires were replaced 6/7/2024. I have owned Class A RVs for 15 years and we always changed the front tires extra early for safety purposes.
Extras:Aquahot was serviced 5/15/2025.
Always stored in an enclosed 70-foot storage building.
No cracks in the windshield, it was replaced 2-3 years ago.
All interior lights are upgraded with warm brighter LED bulbs.
Headlights have upgraded LEB bulbs.
I am also including the front window shades from Magna Shade. A $1,400 expense and the shades are AWESOME!

Diamond Shield on the front cap there are some cracks in the Diamond Shield. This has NOT been done but, I was given a quote in July from www.Diamond-Shield.com of $1,350 for removal (plus trip charge $100).

Advanced Systems: This motorhome is equipped with an Aqua-Hot 450 hydronic heating system, a powerful 10,000-watt Cummins Onan Quiet Diesel generator, and three TrueAir Maximum Comfort A/C units with heat pumps.
Satellite: The RV is set up to use Direct TV satellite. It has BOTH an in-motion dome satellite AND a stationary HD satellite. We stopped using them about 2-years ago and went to full time streaming with Starlink (not included).
