There were 3 common problems with this year bus (roof caps, wet bay floor and front drivers side slide floor). Roof caps were fixed by a previous owner and I had the wet bay floor replaced in 2023. The slide floor has been checked and has no water/rot damage.

- I have complete list and documentation of all maintenance, updates and upgrades done since we've owned it.

Remodeled interior

- Replaced flooring throughout except bathroom

- Painted walls and cabinets

- Replaced kitchen countertop, sink, faucet, and stove.

- Added a day bed in living room to accommodate more sleeping area.

- Removed sink in bedroom to increase storage space.

- New window treatments (blinds and curtains)

- New bedroom furniture to increase storage space

Important notes

- Does not have the bed in the bedroom. We removed it so the room would sleep our 3 children and they would have floor space during the day to play. The bed consisted of a wooden frame and plywood top. This could be replaced/made fairly easily by someone with average skills. Removing the bed maximized the flexibility of the room.

- Dash A/C does not blow cold air. It does blow air so the fan works but not cold air. It did not work when we purchased the coach and never needed that A/C enough to fix it.

- Tie rod probably needs to be replaced. The ball joints are starting to become a little loose.

- Exterior clear coat on back driver's side slide is peeling a little. We had this fixed in 2021 and it has started again. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of.

- Odometer does not display correct mileage. This was due to an instance where the trip was reset and the odometer reset as well. Computer still reads correct mileage. This can be viewed using the BlueFire data adapter that is included (tablet or smartphone not included).

Includes these additional items

- Water filter system (pre-filters and water softener)

- Blue Ox toad flat tow equipment

- Progressive Industries 50A EMS with surge protection

- EezTire tire pressure monitoring system (includes sensors for coach and toad)

- Assortment of spare part I have gathered over time (transfer switch, fresh water pump, cabinet door parts, lighting parts, basement door latch parts, etc.)

- BlueFire data adapter (reads information from coach's computer)
