Description:
The 378BH model is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of room for the whole family. The living room includes a super sofa (converts to queen bed), and a reclining arm chair, large windows with retractable blackout pull-down shades, an electric fireplace, DVD player/radio and mounted TV.
The kitchen is spacious with plenty of counter space in the large island, a double sink, side-by-side double refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner stove and propane oven, microwave and spacious pantry. There is more than enough storage for all your kitchen items and a quick drop zone and coffee bar area.
The bunk room is separated by a charming sliding farm door and boasts a half bath with separate entrance, a full size bunk, 3 single bunks and a full size pull out sofa bed. There is a built in dresser with an entertainment area as well.
The full bath includes a spacious shower, vanity with under sink storage, medicine cabinet mirror and storage for towels and bathroom necessities. It is accessible via the hallway or master bedroom and both bathrooms are equipped with foot pedal toilets.
The master bedroom holds a welcoming king-sized bed, large double closet, dresser and stackable washer and dryer space with hookups.

Exterior:
Outside, enjoy an exterior kitchen with a sink, storage, and TV with radio and exterior speakers. Two power awnings provide plenty of shades and reveal full LED lighting for evening ambiance. The massive pass-thru storage basement can hold all of your camping accessories with room to spare and two other storage areas positioned under the nose and in the back of the vehicle allow you to store things in easy reach.
It is equipped with solar panels on the brand new RV Armor roof (guaranteed for life, $10,000 value), plenty of fresh, grey and black take capacity, two batteries and 2-30lb propane tanks. This unit also makes setup easy with the EQ smart-level system (6 stabilizing jacks) accessible via your mobile device. The pin box is a Trailer Road Armor pivoting head and we would be happy to include the puck-system drop in BW Companion double-jaw hitch (rated to 20k lbs, $1600 to purchase new).

Our family simply does not have time to enjoy this beautiful fifth-wheel but we would love to see a new family make memories to last a lifetime. This camper has only been used a handful of times and only has been drive short distances. It is in excellent - like new condition and ready for adventure.

We are willing to include all kitchen items (silverware, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, etc.), Blackstone easy setup grill, fresh water hoses, black and grey hoses, "Y" joints and camco sidewinder hose supports, leveling blocks, 50 AMP power extension cord, surge protector and more! We do not plan to camp again until our boys are older and out of sports so we'd love to provide whatever you need to get started.
