I am the second owner of this travel trailer. It was in superior condition when I got it, and still is as I used only a couple of times. Its been in enclosed storage all the time (used the same storage unit that the previous owner has used). This travel trailer is spacious but light weight (31 ft, 7000 lbs), I tow with 2023 F150.

Everything functions as it should be. There has been no leaks.

A few maintenance made:
- brand new Solera awning this year
- two new back tires, two 1 year old front tires
- all new tire valve stems
- new sofa this summer
- brand new batteries this summer
- one new LP gas tank (among two)

Clean title on hand

This travel trailer is very clean and well maintained. If you are a first time buyer I would check out the dealers first for the new and used, then look for private sales if you decide to go with a used. Thats what I did and that gave me a level of confidence on values that I am paying for.

I have some room to negotiate.
