2020 ATC 36' 5th wheel toy hauler. If you're not familiar with the ATC line of campers here is a short list of what this camper offers as standard. Insulated ceiling, walls and floor, 200-gallon freshwater capacity, 45 gallon black and 45-gallon gray water capacity, water line heaters, 10-gallon hot water heater, 2 AC units, insulated sliding windows, power awning, 200-watt rooftop solar panel, propane gas furnace & stove, propane gas/electric refrigerator. The unloaded vehicle weight is 11,148 lbs. and the GVWR is 16,800 lbs.
We are located approximately 17 miles (20 minutes) east of Hershey, PA. OR 5 miles off the PA. turnpike (Rt 76) exit 266. Purchased in 2022, we are the 2nd owners and have only camped 6 times. Life directions change. We have taken extremely good care of it and in addition to the standard ATC options we have listed the many upgrades & additions here.
GEN-Y gooseneck, B&W ball and safety chain kit, 4 new tires- less than 20 miles on them (Strong Guard 14 ply ST235/80R16), 2 spare tires, Snap Pads on all 4 stabilizers, back up camera includes 7" dash mount monitor, 2 Battleborn lithium batteries, 2 AC Kool RV solution diffusers, 2nd black hose storage tube hose included, Hughes Autoformer Power Watchdog surge protector, replaced/lengthened fuel dispensing hose, telescoping ladder, screen door grille, heated drinking water hose, bathroom medicine cabinets, extra towel racks, updated backsplash in bathroom AND kitchen, handrail between garage area and upper bedroom, 3 new ceiling fans with remote and roof shrouds, 2 interior retractable clothes lines, light filtering curtains throughout garage area, blackout curtains in bedroom, 4 folding chairs with cushions (dining benches were removed), shelving racks in kitchen cabinets, paper towel holder, 2 Heat Storm Infrared wall mount heaters, cordless wall mounted vacuum cleaner with attachments, wall to wall carpet laid over the standard beige colored ATC floor covering, privacy curtain for happy jack bed, Roll up/down rear deck screen with zippered windows, sliding privacy cover for entrance door window, larger handle on inside of entrance door for ease of closing, motion sensor lighting in bedroom cabinets. Bedroom cabinet walls and storage space under the bed have been insulated with radiant barrier reflective aluminum foil insulation.
We figure the sleeping capacity to be for 5 adults (could be more with small children). There are a total of 2 queen beds and 1 sofa (that folds out to be about the size of a twin bed).
PA. inspection valid through March 2026. As I said previously, we purchased the camper used in 2022. We are the 2nd owners. It came with 2 small dents, and we added 1 ourselves. None of which affected the functionality of the camper in any way. Please contact us if you have any questions.
