What makes this one different and better than others?

This unit has been meticulously maintained with all maintenance records that are well organized. Everything works on this unit. We have fixed everything over the last three years, including two trips to the factory in Iowa. We have enjoyed three summers touring the country. Time to sell as we are buying a summer home.
