2018 Forest River R-pod 189
We are selling our 2018 R-pod 189. I have this priced for a quick sale. The reason we are selling is we sold our house, closing on 9/3 and moving to a 55 plus community and we have rvd for 35 years and are done. This is a dry bath model and not a wet bath meaning it has a stand-alone shower. Has been stored under cover since new. I have clear Texas title in hand. It is a fantastic little RV and can be easily pulled with a SUV or small truck. Everything is in working order and ready to go camping. You wont find a cleaner R-Pod. I pull it with a Nissan Frontier with a light weight distribution hitch. Pulls like a dream with no sway ever! It has always been under cover when not in use and it has been waxed twice a year. I had Goodyear endurance tires mounted and balanced with road hazards from Discount tire two years ago. Also we installed a new deep cycle battery two years ago. Everything works perfectly and it has been meticulously maintained. Outriggers have been installed years ago and if you know anything at all about rpods they all need the outriggers installed. If you dont know about the outriggers I suggest you research the topic before purchasing one.

We are selling the R-pod with all extras including Reese weight distribution hitch, three sewer hoses, custom hard piped sewer hose splitter, 30 amp shore power cord and 30 amp extension cord, exterior programmable cooling fans to keep the fridge super cold on those hot days, water pressure regulator, power front jack, Zero G water hose, assorted ys and small hoses, new grease seals quality Lucas grease and bearing packing tool, and extra dog bone adapters too many extras to list. This thing is ready to go.

We replaced the stock mattress with a memory foam mattress about two months ago and its very comfortable now. The TV has been changed out to a 32 smart TV. We are a retired couple with no pets and no smoking. We keep the RV very clean at all times. We have added a shelf over the sofa and over the bed for extra storage and also added shelves in the bathroom. We also added a clothes rod in the shower to hang wet bathing suits from and added a rod in the living room across the entire rig for drying towels. I have the original glass top for the stove but I made a custom cutting board top for it. We also added a privacy curtain by the bed. The spare tire has never been used and it has a cover to protect it. I also added a port for satellite dish hook up. The awning is in excellent condition as well.

This is a very clean rig and if you are looking for trouble free camper then you found it. If you decide to look at it you will see by our house and how we take care of everything that we have that the RV has been taken excellent care of. We live in Willis Texas and the RV is located at our house under cover and it is plugged in and ready for inspection. I can also hook up the water for inspection. There is one little blemish on the front of the kitchen cabinet but it is only cosmetic. There are no other issues with the RV. You will not find a cleaner 2018 R-pod 189 anywhere. This rig is ready to go camping, just fill the fridge and pack your clothes. Too many extras to list and all the accessories are top notch. You wont have to buy anything extra to take this rig camping. Please dont ask me if Ill finance or take payments. Located in Willis/Conroe, Texas north of Houston.
