Camper is in great shape. Very clean on inside and out. NO ANIMALS. All devices, appliances, utilities, slide-outs, etc work with no issues. Slight wear on faux leather couch. Very accommodating for permanent living or ready to take on the road for travel. It is perfect for 1-2 adults to live in or to take the entire family on camping trips.
Includes upgraded stabilizer jacks (7500 lb) on the front. Comes with slide-out jacks as well. Includes diagonal bracing, adjustable stabilizer bars on front and back, for complete sturdiness when stationary. NEVER used the toilet or black tank, only used shower and sinks. Both A/C's work great and will keep camper cool all day. Electric awning operates with no issues in both the open and closed (as seen in photos) position. Has towing kit with sway support bars and extra-heavy duty towing hitch. Includes a 30-ft 50A power chord and surge protection device. Can provide 50-amp outlet if needed. Also has 30/50A adapter plug.
