Here are the CONS:

It needs a new Ladder to access the roof.

Generator needs a new exhaust pipe installed.

Hot water only heats with propane. Electrical needs to be troubleshooted. I dont think this is a big deal.

Some of the fiberglass has what appears to be delamination but its been there for years with no issues. Purely cosmetic.

There are numerous cosmetic issues that are typical for a rig that is this old.
