Purchased in 2015, I have used this coach as a big Sprinter van (no slides-so no leaks) for my family and friends. The coach is very roomy but small enough that anyone can feel comfortable driving it. We have not used the coach overnight other than once since we bought it. GREAT vehicle for long day trips or sporting events! The coach has been maintained by the local Freightliner dealer and has been stored inside in a climate controlled building since we purchased it. I did replace the generator 4 years ago. (It now has 126 hours on it.) Also replaced KingDome dish, radio and TV about the same time.
