LOADED 1995 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 33 QB motorhome RV class A. 112k miles. 34 feet long. Sleeps up to 5, or even 6 if youre cozy. This was our family vacation truck. After many years of TLC, this survivor is packed full of upgrades and amenities you won't find in other units:

- Large retractable side patio awning/canopy in great condition.
- Automatic retracting entry stairs.
- Super bright new LED headlights, turn signals and brake lights.
- Bright LED lighting throughout the interior.
- Flashing multicolor LED party light strips - little kids love them.
- Chassis upgrades for easier lane-holding: stiffer Roadmaster front sway bar. Safe-T-Plus RV steering stabilizer (red version). Rear track bar added.
- Engine: Ford 7.5L 460 cid V-8 gasoline with fuel injection and cruise control, starts reliably.
- Transmission: Ford E4OD automatic with overdrive, rebuilt at about 80k miles.
- Full documentation, manuals, and many service receipts.
- Front speaker system with phone input for music or navigation.
- Mounted Wi-Fi and Internet router by Verizon.
- Deep-cycle coach batteries replaced in 2022.
- Modernized with Progressive Dynamics Inc PD9260CV DC converter/charger, so it wont cook the batteries.
- 7,500 watt continuous generator with pushbutton start, fully mounted on slide-out drawer for easy maintenance, fed from truck's fuel tank, with a dedicated blower.
- 30 amp electrical connection for taking power from campground.
- Dog kennel, custom built to fit the space. Bottom tray slides out for easy cleaning. Original furniture included in case you want to put that back.
- Permanent USB outlets and 12 volt DC connectors (for your CPAP machine etc) wired in throughout, with dedicated fuses.
- 12 volt personal fans added throughout.
- Queen bed reachable from both sides, raises up to store items under it.
- Many new lift support gas struts on hatches, cabinets, and queen bed.
- Dining table converts to a full size bed.
- Couch converts to a bed.
- Double kitchen sink.
- Includes all-over winter cover (poor condition), and winter wheel covers.
- Sturdy 2 inch hitch receiver. Trailer light connector works.

Condition: Watertight. No bugs. No mice. No flooding. No smoking.
All appliances work: refrigerator/freezer, microwave, water heater, furnace, toilet, shower, the two large 13,500 BTU ducted roof air conditioners with two thermostats, except the oven for baking, but the stove top does work well.
Ford recall on cruise control switch has been applied.
Dashboard heater is not working right now, but dashboard air conditioner does work.
Windows all work. Shower ventilation fan works.
Roof professionally maintained in great condition.
New tires and front brakes at about 85k mi. All tires have plenty of tread.
Chassis (starter) battery replaced 2023.
LP gas regulator replaced 2023.

Originally sold when new by Horns RV in Sheboygan WI, and spent its entire life at homes in Wisconsin and Illinois.
