This RV has been thoughtfully remodeled with functional and healthy living in mind as our family of 4 lived in it while traveling for two years.

The dual opposing slide outs, along with the addition of several storage spaces and a fold-up dining table that stores flat against the wall maximizes the usable interior space while adding functional storage space for a slide-out grill (grill not included), trash and recycling, a utility closet, and a shoe storage space. Weve also added additional fold-down counter space in the kitchen area and an additional small storage space as you come in the door. Being 33 long, this RV will comfortably fit in most campgrounds (including national parks!).

The bathroom features an Airhead composting toilet, a stand up shower, towel hooks, and multiple storage cabinets.

The bedroom has some very unique, health-based features: the entire floor is grounded with copper fabric and a grounding plug, while the walls are painted with EMF blocking paint, blocking almost 100% of EMF radiation in the bedroom. There are two bunk beds with storage space underneath and two closets (1 of which is a slide out). Theres enough floor space remaining in the bedroom for a full-sized roll out or blowup mattress, or you can add a pull out couch in the main living area for a separate sleeping space.

The tires have been upgraded to 14-ply (very heavy duty!), the roof was re-sealed in 2022 (no leaks or anything, just wanted to stay on top of maintenance), theres a heavy duty bike rack on the back, and upgraded solar system (1200W panel capability, 2- 300 Ah lithium batteries, and inverter wired for all A/C components in the RV). Sync capability to smart phone.

The rv also has a hardwired surge protector so you never have to worry about faulty campground electrical boxes frying your entire electrical system! And a keypad entry so you dont have to worry about carrying keys on your adventures.

This trailer comes with all you need to hit the road immediately! Main electrical cord, sewer hose, front end stabilizer, a clamshell tent, outdoor camping rug, all keys, an extra solar charge controller, blackout curtains for all the windows, long-term protective RV skirting, and an external dump tank for when your site doesn't have a sewer connection. 5th wheel hitch for truck bed can also be negotiated. You can be as off-grid or as on-grid as you want to be!
