2016 Northwood Nash 22H
Second owner, bought from original owner in 2018 with limited use on paved roads only. Used 4-6 times per year since. Covered and winterized each winter. New anode rod installed in hot water heater each spring. Roof lap sealant and exterior caulking resealed by Sumner RV in August 2024. Two new 12v batteries with boxes installed at the same time along with replacement hot water heater element and exterior shower head. (Can provide invoice to show $4k cost). Propane and CO2 alarms replaced within last two years.
Provided with trailer: anti-sway bar and hitch setup, wheel stops, stabilizer jack risers. ALL NEW camco portable 27gal waste water tank with attachments, full length waste water hose, waste hose riser steps, wheel levels.
This is a solid RV with absolutely no complaints, just not using as much anymore (2x last year, once so far this year).
