It has been stored in a dry garage for the entirety of its life. All items are in good working order, as shown in the photos. For any buy who might wonder, is the tent fabric still functional and will it repel water, the answer is, yes, to the best of my knowledge, it does; having said that, I cannot guarantee that, so for any buyer so inclined, the entire tent can be replaced with a brand new one for only $820, direct from the SylvanSport factory, which would have this unit looking and performing like new. The cheapest one I can find anywhere on the web, as a comparable unit for pricing, is $6999.
