This camper is a bunkhouse model that has easily slept 12 people. It has a camper king bed in the front, jack knife sofa and dinette that lets down into full size beds, and 3 twins and another jack knife sofa in the rear. This model has the Versa lounge, which means you can go from a jack knife sofa to a lounger in the main area. It is considered half-ton towable with a dry weight of 6,300 lbs. Its a total of 33 long (30 body with a 3 tongue). Outside kitchen/entertainment with the radio.
We have an extended warranty that still has 5 years remaining. It can be transferred. I will be leaving all the things you need, so this will be ready to go camping from the moment you pull out. That includes water and sewage hoses, electrical adapters, surge protector for the main power, lights for the awning, a small table, rugs, various boxes of tools.
It runs on a 30 Amp circuit. I also have a backup camera installed and added a basket rack for more storage. There is a solar panel on the roof, which charges the battery. Its been useful when taking trips to the beach and keeping our fridge cold for the trip down.
