Selling for health reasons Wife fell and broke her hip the first year and cant go anymore. Has a Personal Lift on the Bedroom Door. Its remote control. Cost over $3,000.00 installed. Has added TV in bedroom. I have added extra shelfs to ever cabinet using closet wire shelving. Also included a $800.00 equalizer hitch 10,000 pound tow capacity.
The theater seats and dinette have never been used. Has been in an enclosure all the time. I have waxed the exterior and applied a roof protectant.
