Beautiful 2021 Keystone Passport SL series 229RK 23' travel trailer which has only been used 2 weeks by 2 non-smoking seniors! We love it but health issues prohibit us from travel now. It's super clean and LIKE BRAND NEW INSIDE! It has always been stored under a carport to protect it from storms and sun. Great for travel or with all the extras and spacious interior it has it's perfect for extended living with all the comforts of home. It would be a great trailer for Snowbirds, a single person, or a young couple wanting to live in it for awhile to save some money. It will be hard to find a nicer, less used one, in better shape than this one is.

Easy set-up with power tongue jack, electric stabilizer jacks. an approximately 20' LED lighted awning & 11 1/2 foot wide slide out which makes a really spacious inside living area. Unit has solar prep, 4G LTE & Wi-Fi prep with a Winegard antenna unit, a roof ladder accesses the walkable roof, USB ports throughout, vinyl flooring throughout, large deep stainless steel sink with residential pull-down spray faucet, a large 6 cu. ft two door gas/elec refrigerator/freezer. Lots of storage inside with a 45 cu. ft. pass-through outside accessibile storage. Exterior hot & cold shower hook-ups, super comfortable 60 x 80 queen bed. Bed lifts up to disclose hidden storage compartment underneath great for very large items. Hanging closets next to each side of the bed with storage a drawer on one side. Two wall hugging reclining theater seats which recline so far back you can comfortably sleep in them! Middle cup holder removes easy making it a cozy love seat or allowing you to curl up on it. Both the recliners as well as the dinette have sturdy easy to wipe clean "leather like" fabric (not vinyl) and the dinette has deep pull-out drawers under each seat. Kitchen has a propane stove with a Furrion glass-top range cover that folds back to expose burners making a nice back splash. There's a roomy oven and a convenient microwave for those fast meals and midnight snacks. There's lots of kitchen drawers and deep cabinets. Watch TV outside with outside hook-up and listed to it with 2 speakers installed in the side of unit. Or just listen to the built-in radio either inside or outside. Sounds great . Inside electrical control panel for the slide out, water pump, awning, gas/electric, outside speakers and may be more I'm forgetting. On There is an additional hook-up in the bedroom in case you want to add a TV in there but we found the LED 32 inch color TV above the dinette pulls out and swivels for viewing in the bedroom, kitchen, and of course while relaxing in the comfortable recliners. The high performance Air Conditioner factory installed ceiling unit keeps you nice and cool with the convenience of being able to set the digital wall thermostat to your desired temperature. Two crank open roof vents, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. Bathroom shower has a sliding door (not a flimsy leaking curtain) with a sky light for lots of bathroom light. Both the bathroom, as well as the bedroom, have sliding pocket doors for additional privacy. This unit has an extended season high performance in-floor heat duct system and heated and enclosed underbelly & valves. Motion activated lighting at main entrance is nice for added security and the outside pass through storage has a motion activated light as does the service light near the termination valves. The front door has a screen door so you can open the door and enjoy the cool evening air without letting the bugs in. The windows have honeycomb fabric pull-down blinds but the kitchen has metal louvered blinds near the sink. We are selling this unit with all the sewer connection & support hoses, outdoor shower hose, AND a Husky brand weight distribution hitch and friction sway control bar valued around $800 by itself. Everything is in perfect working order, clean and ready to go. Don't miss this one!
