Sadly, health issues force the sale of our absolutely magnificent 2020 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38 Class A motor home with only 30,934 miles! RV last serviced (new oil and filters) at 28,500 miles

This beautiful motor coach was rarely used, meticulously maintained (including preventative maintenance at the Fleetwood repair facility in Indiana), and is absolutely pristine. No accidents, no smoking, and no pets…ever.

Powered by a Cummins I6 (6.7 liter) 340 HP engine on a Freightliner XC chassis with an Allison 6-speed transmission, the ride is smooth, yet powerful enough for any terrain. GVWR: 32,400 lbs. Serviced with new oil and filters at 28,500 miles. All coach batteries just replaced in May, 2025.
