Pristine condition and everything works like it should. This unit has been stored covered its entire life.


The only thing that will need a cover (or replace) is the loveseat. The material is cracking a bit which is typical across all RV manufacturers. Its a standard 60 spot so you have flexibility to add a pull out sofa bed or replace with another standard loveseat.


You wont find a nicer camper for the price! Only reason Im selling is due to upgrading to a toy hauler. Title in hand.



Loads of extra:


-Upgraded axles from 4,400 to 5,200 with Goodyear endurance tires. Axles are fully checked and bearings repacked yearly.

-Dual Coleman Mach (15-13.5) ACs with silencer inserts. Significantly increases flow through the ducted system. Also soft starts on both units! These units will freeze you out.

-Electronic door locks on both doors. Can be opened with a push key code or with a remote control.

-Queen Casper mattress in bedroom.

-Bike rack on rear

-Includes Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution hitch and Furrion backup camera
